Process flow

4. The high measuring rate of continuous casting billet can ensure the measuring rate of flat steel and meet the needs of users.

Finishing rolling adopts continuous rolling process, automatic lopper automatic control, to ensure that no stacking steel and no pulling steel, product dimensional accuracy is high, tolerance range, three point difference, the same strip difference, sickle bend and other parameters are better than the medium plate, and the flatness of the plate shape is good. Cold cutting, high precision length measurement.

· The material of the products in China adopts the Chinese national standard, which is the same as the steel plate. Quality and technical standards according to YB/T4212-2010 standard organization production (Q345B/Q235B respectively refer to GB/T1591-94
